Grain Receiving, Storage & Weighed Loadout
ATOM designed controls for a grain handling system that unloads trucks, routes grain to eight storage bins and moves it back out for transfers or truck loading. Operators select where the grain needs to go, and the controls start the conveyors, augers and gates in sequence. Radar sensors show the grain level in all eight storage bins and signal the controls to stop filling when a bin is full.

For truck loading, the operator enters a target weight. The controls use the overhead bin scale to track how much grain has been discharged and start closing the gate before the target is reached to account for grain still falling. Atom HMI gives operators a view of bin levels, equipment status and alarms.
