Korova’s East Feedlot is a cattle feedlot 2 miles east of Acme, Alberta. The project is a modern feedlot mill with receiving, tempering, and milling processes.
The Process
The receiving process is simple; it starts when the trucker or mill operator presses start on the HMI or Unloading control box. The grain is moved with a drag conveyor to the receiving elevator. The drag is run with a VFD and uses the amps of the elevator to control its speed
